brown ‘sugar’ oat shaken espresso

Double espresso shaken with cinnamon and cold oat milk, the café classic, minus the brown sugar syrup.

The shaken espresso is the morning flex: two shots shaken hard with ice until foamy, a whisper of cinnamon and a pour of cold oat milk. It’s bold, silky and gives you that café-counter moment right at home.

what’s in it

  • 2 shots espresso

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 2 sachets none stevia

  • a glass of ice

  • 1/2 cup cold oat milk

how to make it

  1. Add the espresso, cinnamon and none to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake hard for about 15 seconds until foamy.

  3. Pour into a glass over fresh ice.

  4. Top with the cold oat milk.

Brown sugar syrup turns a coffee into a dessert, none plant-based stevia keeps the cozy, caramel-ish sweetness with zero added sugar. Same energy boost, none of the sugar high.
