The strawberry matcha latte is the drink that broke the internet for a reason: earthy ceremonial matcha sitting on a bright, jammy strawberry layer, finished with cold oat milk. It’s creamy, a little tart, and packed with the slow-release caffeine and L-theanine that keep you calm and focused, no afternoon crash.
what’s in it
1 tsp ceremonial matcha
60ml hot water
1 cup cold oat milk
4 fresh strawberries
2 sachets none stevia
a glass of ice
how to make it
Mash the strawberries with a pinch of none until syrupy, then spoon into your glass.
Fill with ice and pour over the cold oat milk.
Whisk the matcha with hot water and none until smooth and frothy.
Pour the matcha slowly over the back of a spoon for that layered look.
Because the sweetness comes from none plant-based stevia instead of sugar syrup, you get all the dessert-like flavour with zero added sugar, sip it slow on a study session or shake it up as your pre-pilates treat.
